Returns and Exchanges

At Aztec Warrior, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within the guidelines outlined below.

1. Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. This includes having all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exceptions: Certain items, such as final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at aztecwarriorfitness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Receive Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or a similar package) and include your return authorization number. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. After approval:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 4-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Follow the same return process as outlined above.

  2. Indicate in your request which item you would like in exchange.

  3. We will ship the exchanged item to you once the original item is received and inspected.

Note: If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items
